A little about me…
I am an empty nester too! My kids are 31 & 28, live in different cities, and have growing families. It was so hard for me to let my “little ones” go but my love of travel helped me make this difficult transition. I have been on over 40 cruises (lost count!) and countless land vacations. I’ve traveled with my family, friends, and by myself throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, Africa, Central America, and South America.
I started Escape The Nest Travel in 2019 as a travel agency that specializes in the travel needs of empty nesters. I am an accredited travel agent by the International Air and Transport Association, a Travel Institute specialist, and a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors. My Empty Nest Mom Travelers Facebook Group provides a place for moms to connect, free travel planning workshops, and travel ideas.
